House Sitting Security Service is an innovative venture brought to the private sector in the UK to give peace of mind to our clients. Our Operations manager will visit our client’s premises and make comprehensive notes about the requirements of the house sitting during their absence on holiday or business trips.
The security officer (fully vetted) and hand-picked will be briefed and shown around the site before being posted to the house. The details of his job description will also be laid on the job specifications for his tour of duty and all the activities that he will be doing will be noted on the log book. Normally this will include looking after the garden, feeding and looking after pet animals, co-ordinating daily mail collection, making sure the rubbish bins are cleared during Council collection days, contacting appropriate agencies in the event of attempted burglary, fire, leakages of gas, water and electricity.
The security officer will be in constant touch with our control room and in the event of an emergency our mobile patrol inspectors will deal with any emergencies that may arise during the duration of the contract.
Our Mobile Patrol Inspectors have been trained to deal will all types of emergencies 24/7, 365 days.
