Universal Gurkha Security Services (UGSS) also provides alarm response and key-holding services in the Farnborough, Aldershot and Camberley areas. A comprehensive survey of your requirements will be done by one of our experts and initiate specific assignment instructions tailored to your needs. A set of the clients keys are kept in the control room and on receiving a notification of an alarm activation then one of our fully trained response officer will be despatched to investigate the site. In the event of a false alarm it will be reset and the premises secured, and in the case of an actual break-in the response officer will immediately cordon off the area to prevent contamination of evidence and notify the Police. The response officer will take control of the situation until such time as the Police arrive and take over the crime scene.
